This policy explains what customer data SureISP collects, how it is used for portal operations, billing, security verification, and supplier-backed fulfillment.
Account data, order data, payment handling, email verification, security, and retention.
SureISP may collect account details such as email address, password hash, product preferences, wallet activity, order records, support history, and operational metadata needed to run the customer portal.
We use customer data to:
Payment processing may involve third-party providers such as Stripe or other configured payment platforms. SureISP does not store raw card numbers. Billing events, order totals, and transaction metadata may be retained for operations, support, and compliance.
SureISP may send transactional messages for password recovery, account security verification, and important account actions. These messages may be delivered through a configured transactional email provider.
Some product deliveries require communication with upstream proxy suppliers. In those cases, the minimum necessary order and fulfillment information may be shared in order to provision, renew, replace, or troubleshoot the purchased service.
SureISP uses session storage and security controls to keep users signed in, protect forms, and reduce abusive or automated traffic.
SureISP may use Cloudflare Turnstile or similar anti-abuse systems on public-facing forms such as registration, login, or password recovery. Verification data may be processed to prevent spam, fraud, and automated abuse.
Operational data, order records, payment logs, and temporary quotes may be retained according to SureISP cleanup and retention rules. Some records may be removed automatically after the configured retention window.
Customers may contact support regarding account information, order issues, or correction requests. Certain data changes, including email changes, may require additional verification.
For questions about privacy, account information, or data handling, please contact SureISP support through the published support channels.
